  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control (carrier delays, customs, weather, etc.).

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly advertised on our website.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • YoloVibe Store is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • YoloVibe Store is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

  • If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist.
