1. Eligible Refunds

  • Full refunds are offered only if the product is defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA).

  • Issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Returns must be authorized by YoloVibe (i.e., approved via customer service) and the item must be returned in like-new condition, including all original packaging and accessories. To initiate a return, contact us at YoloVibeStore@gmail.com

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided under these circumstances:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse (for non-defective items).

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

  • Products that are damaged, incomplete, modified, or missing original packaging or accessories.

3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect.

5. To Initiate a Return or Refund

  1. Reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue (with photos, if applicable). To initiate a return, contact us at YoloVibeStore@gmail.com

  2. Await an authorization response and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), if approved.

  3. Ship the item back promptly, ensuring it’s securely packaged, with proper tracking.

  4. Once received and inspected, confirmed defective items will be refunded in full (excluding return shipping), while non-defective items returned without authorization won’t be eligible.
